Ramiro Marra, a former LLA legislator, used a football metaphor after Guillermo Francos' departure from the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers and his replacement by Manuel Adorni, who until Friday was the presidential spokesperson. Marra wrote a somewhat cryptic message using football jargon: 'You are winning the match and you take out the number 9 who plays as a second striker, after having told the fans that he would be on the bench for the next season,' he wrote on his social network X, in a clear reference to the fact that Adorni was supposed to take up his seat in the Buenos Aires legislature in December. In any case, he was careful not to criticize his former colleague from the same political space and the newly minted minister: 'Football has no explanations.'
